HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE

  • You would like a room decorated, something fixed or built.

STEP 2

CALL OR EMAIL US

  • You call us and explain what you would like to be done, or email with the relevant information and images.

  • It may be useful to take some pictures to show what needs doing (it would help us to assess the job better).

  • If your job is large or complex, we will pay you a visit to see the job and discuss particularities. We will then prepare a quote - free of charge.  

  • If your job is more simple, we will book a time for one of our tradesmen to come round and carry out the job.

  • ​We will estimate how long a visit you will need based on the information you give and book a slot accordingly. However please be aware that the job might take longer due to unpredictable circumstances, which emerge during the job. Our tradesman will tell you as soon as he suspects the job will take longer than expected.

STEP 3

SIT BACK AND RELAX - WE WILL DO THE WORK

  • We typically allow a one hour window for our tradesman to arrive.

  • When he begins the job, he will make a note of the time.

  • When the work is complete, the tradesman will explain you what he has done and check that you are satisfied.

  • ​​He will either take a cash payment before he leaves or we will send you an invoice to be paid via bank transfer. A receipt will be emailed to you.

  • ​​You will be charged for each half hour you use, subject to a minimum of an hour, unless we have agreed on a fixed day rate or quote.

  • In the unlikely event that the work is substandard, call us back and we will arrange for it to be remedied free of charge.
