Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A. We do not practice a strict cancellation policy. You can cancel the job anytime, by notifying us either via phone, text or email.

Q. WHAT HAPPY IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK YOU HAVE DONE?

A. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, but if it happens, you should call us up and let us know the problem. We will do everything we can to make sure you want to come back to us for your next job.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE JOB?

A. The tradesman will show you the work ticket detailing what he has done, and any charges for materials etc. If you agree the total, you can sign the ticket and the tradesman will take payment either in cash before leaving, or we will send you an invoice shortly after to be paid via bank transfer. You will then be sent a receipt by email.

Q. SHOULD I FEEL SAFE LETTING YOUR TRADESMAN INTO MY HOME?

A. Absolutely. They are all dedicated, skilled tradesmen and know that the customer is king!

A. Absolutely. They are all dedicated, skilled tradesmen and know that the customer is king!

Q. WILL YOUR TRADESMAN TURN UP ON TIME?

A. We will book a one-hour arrival window, so for example, we might say your tradesman will arrive between 10:30 and 11:30. As all Londoners know, getting around our great city can be a challenge, so we need this degree of flexibility to avoid disappointing customers.

Q. DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY OWN MATERIALS?

A. If you can, it will save you time and money. Otherwise, we are happy to source your materials but do charge a 25% mark-up. 

Q. HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

A. If you make an ordinary booking, you will be charged by the half hour. However, if you book, say, 2 hours and the work is completed in one hour, you will only be charged for one hour. If you book a full day, you will be charged our discounted flat rate. If the project is larger and will take more than a day, we will prepare you a quote of a fixed price.

Q. DO YOU CHARGE FOR A QUOTE?

A. No

Q. DO I NEED A QUOTE FROM YOU?

A. If the job is relatively straightforward, our trained office staff will be able to estimate how much time you will need. If the job is more complicated, we will arrange to pay you a visit beforehand to assess the job and will prepare a quote for you.

Q. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

Q. DO YOU WORK IN THE EVENINGS AND AT THE WEEKENDS?

A. Yes. And we do it for the same fee as at normal work hours.

Q. DO I HAVE TO BE ON LOCATION FOR THE SERVICE?

A. For your first handyman appointment you will need to be on location for the beginning and completion of your project. If you are a regular customer, we can discuss other arrangements. We are always flexible for the benefit of our customers.

Q. HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY HANDYMAN OR DECORATOR? WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ANY TOOLS?

A. Just relax and let us do the work. If you like you can clear the area of any tough to get to spots, and shop for any materials that will be needed, unless we have agreed otherwise. Our handymen will come with all of the tools, equipment and some standard materials to do many jobs.
